A Unique Background

I will bring a background that is rather unique to the supermarket industry. I have overcome many challenging situations, and have always delivered what I promised, and that’s a guarantee. My focus is to “Create a Vision” and:

  • To identify market needs/requirements
  • Maximize sales, reduce shrink and increase profitability.
  • An agent of change, prepared to innovate and initiate change
  • Develop strong brand-name/product identity.
  • To make the company/organization a more challenging and professionally exciting place in which to work.
  • Create a differentiation and true destination categories.
  • Carve out an identity with your retailers, sell your message, and create a niche.

Over my career I have noticed that “Ninety five percent of Managers say the Right thing!! But only five percent actually do it!!”

Significant sales increases can be gained by retailers mounting a Direct, Aggressive Marketing assault against their competitors. Not by a profit damaging price war; but instead it will be fought on the basis of Quality, Service, Value and “A Great Shopping and Eating Experience.”
In an evolving Retail Market I am able to change strategies for a “New Era.”
